Come Prepared

Have these ready before we meet so we can spend the full call building, not gathering.

Required for everyone

Logo file + brand colors
Your logo in PNG or SVG, and your brand hex codes if you have them.

Business photos
At least 3 photos of your clinic, practice, or team. Used in your system and communications.

Staff names and roles
First name and role for each team member who will interact with the system.

Business hours
Your opening and closing times for each day of the week.

Service list + prices optional
Only needed if you want prices displayed in your automated system.

Meta Ads credentials if you have an account
If you already have a Meta Business or Ads account, have your login details ready. We will go through it together on the call.

Existing booking system or CRM if applicable
Login or access details for any system you're currently using to manage clients.

Book Your
Onboarding Call

Pick a time that works for you. This is a 60 to 90 minute session where we finalise your setup, go through everything together, and lock in your go-live date.

Once booked you will receive a confirmation email with all the details.
